Delivery information

To guarantee Christmas delivery, all Clubshop orders must be placed by 1 December at 11:59 pm.

We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. Mainland UK delivery is a flat £5.99. All UK delivery charges include VAT and cover every part of getting your gear to your chosen address.

If you are not at home

Choose a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel. A work address is often the easiest option.

If you are out, the courier will leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card with clear instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.

Firepower Sport Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any delivery instructions you give directly to the courier. If you request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you do so at your own risk.

Express delivery

Retail orders
All retail orders are sent using Express delivery as standard from Monday to Saturday at a flat rate of £5.99 to Mainland UK.

Clubshop orders
Every Clubshop item is custom made and decorated for your team. This takes time to get right. Express delivery applies once your order has been completed and leaves our facility.

Clubshop orders are normally processed and dispatched within 10 to 15 working days. As soon as your order is on the way, we will send a dispatch confirmation email and a tracking code so you can follow its progress.
